Prices appear along with the associated service under Book Online. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Safety & Inappropriate Behavior
The safety and comfort of both client and therapist are extremely important. Please be aware that either party may terminate a bodywork session if uncomfortable for any reason at any time.
For private or group Yoga classes, you should wear comfortable athletic apparel. Unless you have a medical condition dictating otherwise, you will perform Yoga barefooted. For hygiene purposes, you should provide your own Yoga mat. Mats are available for introductory Yoga sessions.
For oil- or cream-based hands-on bodywork, being completely unclothed allows for gliding strokes across the skin from the top of the body to your feet. Your therapist will leave the treatment room before you disrobe, get on the table, and cover yourself with the sheet. County and state regulations require that genitals be covered throughout the entire interaction of therapist and client. Some clients still choose to keep undergarments on, while others prefer to be nude. Completely disrobing allows strokes that give a sense of connectiveness from head to toe. Thus, please disrobe to your level of comfort and position yourself between the sheets on the massage table. Your therapist will knock on the door before entering the room.
Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) requires skin-to-skin contact without gliding across the skin. Clients should not apply body lotion or heavy scents before treatments, especially before MFR. In addition, MFR can entail some dynamic movement. Clients will keep on undergarments or wear two-piece bathing suits (women) or swim trunks (men).
To abide by state regulations, ensure your privacy, and for the comfort of both you and your bodywork therapist, clients are appropriately draped with a sheet at all times during any unclothed massage session. You are never required to disrobe unclothed in front of anyone. You will be left alone to disrobe. Your therapist leaves the treatment area before you get undressed and before you get up from the massage table.
An adult guardian must sign a consent form before minors receive any bodywork. Guardians are encouraged to remain in the room if children have never received bodywork or either the child or guardian would feel more comfortable with the guardian present.
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to provide that information when you book your appointment, and again at your initial consultation. In some cases, your therapist may need to speak with your doctor prior to providing services for you. Certain medical conditions are contraindicated for your desired service.
